Abhijit Chatterji filed complaint against Nokia on Aug 13, 2019
I purchased my nokia *.* plus in November ****. Ome month later in december i realized the vibration of the phone isn't working. Had to wait for over *weeks to get it repaired.
May**** charging port not working. Had to wait over * weeks for the parts to come and get it repaired.
August **th **** the screen is completly blank and the service center people say it will take minimum **days to get repaired as the part is not in stock.
In * months of purchasing a new phone i have had * issues already, what will happen after the warrenty is over? I will end up paying to get the phone repaired more than the cost of the phone itself.
How do you all expect to make a customer wait for over **days once his phone has gone for repairing.
Seriously very agitated with the type of customer service that nokia is providing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
