PVR preston - 30 minutes Delay in screening movie

I went to movie in PVR preston mall on ** Jan ** at *.** pm show.bad boys for life. I purchased ticket by cash.when the time was running shot manger came to us and informed due to technical problem screening gets delayed for** minutes.but it has gone to ** minutes.when we asked him he replied to us rudely that he is going to cancel the show. He himself declared that from morning they have technical problem.he failed to resolve the problem.he put himself in trouble and made us suffer.its a well-known organization PVR.its a violation as per telangana cinema regulation act.i have work at * pm.so I planned for *.** show in order to manage time.due to delay for long time i left the theater.Other audience were in argument with the manager.
