Respected Sir,
I placed an order to below mentioned FURNITURES SHOP:

on **/**/**** for purchase of * single seater Sofa and a * seater Sofa along with other furniture for my home and made full payment of Rs.**,***/- through NEFT of my wife's bank A/c (Bank statement enclosed) after giving me a cash discount of Rs.****/-. On receiving the furniture at my resident at BALASORE TOWN, I found the * seater Sofa size, larger than the door of the house and unable to entered in to my house. So I requested him and he also agreed to exchange another * seater Sofa of smaller size within * week. Now after elapsed of almost * weeks, he is not delivering what he promised and responding to my calls. In view of above, I would request the concerned authority to look into this matter as I am a heart patient and suffering lots of mental harassment unable to bear the loss of Rs.**,***/-
