Hi Consumer forum,
We have done booking and online payment as per the amount shown in the portal of oyo but after reaching the hotel venue they charged extra amount to us. They didn’t allow us to check in until * hours from the time we reached the hotel reception. On top they were not ready to provide receipt for the extra amount that they forced us to pay. Finally now when they agreed to provide receipt . We were immediately able to reach out to consumers forum with the proof . This made our day horrible .
I have added the booked reciept amount and since multiple attachments are not allowed, we are not able to attach multiple proofs
