Hello,
I purchased the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones in the UK with a * year warranty. However, I have now moved to India. I file a claim through Skullcandy India website and they redirected me to customercare@brandeyes.in. These guys do not understand English. I tried in the most simple language but these guys do not understand anything. I even wrote an email in Hindi and tried calling their given landline number +**-***-******* but it does not connect and no one answers.
The simple think I am trying to communicate is that as these headphones were purchased in the UK, they have VAT number and an Invoice number but it cannot have a GST number as GST is very specific to India.
Like a robot, they keep asking me GST reference.
This simple point is not being understood by them in Hindi or English. Phone lines do not work.
The *.*mm jack in the headphone is faulty as it deteriorates the sound quality significantly when connected through the provided *.*mm cable. I tried with an expensive gold plated *.*mm cable but the sound is still faulty. These headphones work perfectly on Bluetooth.
I have another pair of Crusher wireless and they work normal on both *.*mm and Bluetooth but these Evo headphones have a problem
Please help me get this issue resolved.
