Abhishek Baghel filed complaint against Prestige TTK on Jun 4, 2019
This is in regard to a prestige hoptop * burner (model no PHTS-**L/**L AL, serial no *L******) which i bought from big bazar dated **/**/**** (bill no CH:******) After a month and a half it caught fire and for the same i filed a complaint (complaint no LUCK******). One of the technician repaired it and assured that it will not happen again but on **/**/**** it again caught fire (the height of fires were almost a feet or *) and i filed a complaint for replacement (complaint no : LUCK******) but the call which i received from the replacement supervisor was shocking. Replacement Supervisor, Shailendra Shukla (phone no : **********) denying to take responsibility and making claims that people can die at any moment, leakage is not a big deal. The technician who came last time was incompetent but the new technician is very good. They are literally playing with our lives by providing such products and services.
So kindly do the needful.
