Skrill - 2000 Rupees fraud

Sir,
I Smrill merchant told me to deposit ***** Rs in the skrill account to open the merchant account . I deposited ***** Rs Sir but it does not deposite in my skrill account.
Now they told me to get back you *****Rs you have to add more ***** Rs in your skrill account.
Please Sir help me to vresolve this issue
