Parimatch india - 20 days still my deposit not credited

On *nd April **** I have done deposit of amount *****. Due to some issue in website I unable to submit UTR and my transaction failed now I contacted many time to customer support but they said to wait wait . ** days already wait how much more to wait I don't understand. I trusted in parimatch but this time I am very disappointed. My player ID : *********
