Dhobilite - 2 Shirts Damaged

I had used dhobilite wash and iron services on **/**/****, and these were delivered on **nd june **** but it had two damaged shirts as shown in the evidences below these are damaged in such a way that the shirts are of no use, the customer service team of Dhobilite is a complete waste even after several calls and follow ups they want me to simply suffer and accept the damaged shirt without them being at any remorse of damaging a customers valuables who has used their services and paid for them and in reverse they are treated in such a way.
This service and damage of the valuables was done by Dhobilite Kokapet,Hyderabad
