I booked ticket on *th February **** from Mumbai to.goa through travolook site, due to technical issue from there end it got cancelled amount of rs **** deducted from my bank again I booked ticket from travolook *nd time on same day i.e *th February ****, also it got cancelled then amount of ****, after that I received * emails from travolook that I will get my refund in **/** working days, I do regular follow up with costomer care they say same.excuse you will get in * days in this week etc, but today is **st March ****, it's been *.* month i didn't received my refund amount of rs *****
