icici bank - 2 CC having different account but same balance

As of writing, ICICI Bank is unable to display a Single balance of * credit cards even if they have separate accounts but a combined limit. The information shown over the imobile app and online are not correct as the real balance is known only when card is used and SMS is being received. This is embrassing most of times, as user i m unaware of the exact balance, based on imobile or online planned to buy the items in shop and end up in embrassing where people make fun.Question is even if ICICI bank inablity to show actual balance but showing balance to confuse the customers.Currently as thy show different balance for diff cards in online/imobile app but in reality its different ...available balance shown is just for showing but actually its different. Which get notified when transaction happened that it puts customer in emrassing moment some times. This is clear case of cheating with customer where bank show other amt n in reality its diff. This issue is pending for almost * yr and shows the incapability of ICICI IT team n as well as a business team not able to resolve this issue and also it shows communication GAP between the Business team and Marketing team within ICICI bank where Marketing team launched card but IT team could not support. Cards: Coral Credit Card **** XXX XXX **** and Amazon Credit Card **** XXX XXX **** this is impacting my respect in market and this inablity is causing issues like embrassment, fun etc
