Preeti mixer grinder in perfectshop in - 2 1 master chef ja

Recently I have preeti zodiac Cosmo from Flipkart.
And I have found out today that the master chef jar is missing in the box.
Contacted Flipkart but there is no response from their end.
Could you please check and help me with the same

I contacted all the given service centers given by you. But there is no response from their end.

And they have informed me that they can't able to give the jar to me even if I show them the invoice.

And they indicated to me I need to buy that sperartely.

Kindly advise for the same at the earliest.

Recently I have contacted your customer support Mr. Sandeep indicated that he will do the needful but still not even single reply from his side
