Inder filed complaint against Big Bazaar on Sep 2, 2018
Yesterday we shopped in bigbazaar amounting **** rs. As usual we are regular customer of future pay big bazaar. We purchase * packs of *+*kg free Ariel Detergent as advertised, To our surprise the next day we found only * kG in one box and another pack in damaged condition, (detergent spilled out). When we complaint this to big bazaar they straight away washed away their hands by saying its not their fault. The lady manager was such a rude person where she indirectly accused us for this mess, Infact she didnt even bothered to look into the matter and simply walked away. Unfortunately we do not have evidence as to how there was * kg less in one of the pack.
We have also raised a complaint with them but no response so far. Will see what they say.
We have left over those deterrents in big bazaar worth **** rs as a sign of protest against these cheats.
