Kotak Securities Limited - 10 year old holding sold after a complaint was logged for service issue

Kotak securities manipulated the demat holdings statements with them. when it was proven that someone at kotak has manually manipulated the system, kotak stopped responding to complaint and sold the holding entrusted with them in trading account without any information. On complaining they said "you can buy it again" making a mockery of brokerage service provider.
