Health Happiness Pvt Ltd - 1 year brand Warranty not honored for Lenovo Note Seller IndiFlashMart from Flipkart Refund refu

Had Bought Lenovo A* Note from "Flipkart assured" seller IndiFlashMart on **-Feb-****..Recieved the product next day from Health & Happiness Pvt Ltd (no reasonable way to demonstrate that both are same related)..On registering so called new device in lenovo Brand Page was able to found to my shock that though brand provided * year warranty (from date of purchase) this device provided to me had its warranty start from **-Aug-****..Now for brand new phone i have warranty of *** days instead of ***..Struggled to raised this concern with customer care finally after lot of shouting and crying through chat support registered complaint..Solution for this miss from flipkart (failed in oversight of assured seller) and seller was customer has to approach the brand to renew the same with no support from either flipkart or seller..Decided to return the device due to lack of support form flipkart and there is no reason for me to convince Lenovo if Flipkart and Seller are not going to be convinced..Now Flipkart is demanding that there is ** day replacement order that is possible and no option for refund..Due to obvious concerns due to credibility of seller and flipkart i do not want to test them again..Request to issue refund (due to service deficiency by seller and lack of support by flipkart) at the earliest..
