Worst service ever of boAt company...they never respond any emails and their customer calling number never connect in one dial...recently i face fraud from boAt , i purchased * airdopes (order id *******) from their official website and when the package deliver to me it has only one product in it and the second one is MISSING....i wrote * emails about this and call ** to ** times but they never respond or gave an answer why this happen and what next!!!
and even if they somehow pickup my call and read my post on social media ( youtube channel, Linkedin and some consumer complaint websites) about this they say "we esclated your concern to our team' every single time but its been * days still there no reponse or any resolution provide to me from email the company....shame on you boAt!!
