** kgs rice bags * nos booked from chintalapudi to gummidipoondi on **.**.****. I got a message from navata on **.**.**** that your consignment is ready to delivery. I went to the office and asked delivery they simply said your package one is missing not received here. Complaint raised on the same day but still not resolved. Even they don't know where is the missing package exactly.
