It's almost * months completed they are not giving my *month salary

There are lots of employees faced issue they torture the employees even for a glass of water
I was sick and in hospital so unable to attend office
But they suddenly remove me from group and one day before Anju Gupta talked me very badly
Even I submitted all the things of company I waited for my salary but now I have to take legal step
Kindly it's request
Help me with this things
I have worked * months there
