Subject: Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Loans and Credit Card Misuse.

Greetings.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding fraudulent activities carried out using my identity. Someone has misused my KYC documents to take loans through the CRED app and IDFC First Bank in my name. These loans were completely unknown to me, and I was unaware that EMIs were being automatically deducted from my SBI savings account for several months.

Initially, I believed that my EMIs were being paid correctly through the CRED app, which I was using regularly. However, I was shocked to discover the truth when a CRED official visited my home and showed me information on his computer. I was even more alarmed to see that the fraudster had used pictures from my Facebook profile. After this incident, I stopped paying any further EMIs.

Since then, representatives from CRED have been visiting my home repeatedly, harassing and threatening my family and me. They accuse me of taking the loan and insist that I must repay it. This has caused us immense mental and emotional distress.

Secondly, representatives from IDFC First Bank have also visited my home, claiming that I have taken four loans and must repay them. Similar to the earlier case, EMIs were being deducted from my SBI account without my knowledge or consent. Despite never taking these loans, I have already paid over one lakh rupees. I have now stopped making any further payments, but the harassment continues.

Thirdly, my credit cards (SBI, ICICI, and RBL) have been misused without my knowledge or consent. I have proof that these cards were hacked and used fraudulently. Now, the banks are demanding payment from me and adding exorbitant charges. Their representatives frequently visit my home, threatening my family and demanding money for transactions I never made.

Sir, I humbly request your help in recovering my hard-earned money and taking strict action against those responsible. My family is currently facing severe financial hardship because of this fraud.
