Total ** items were missing from the package which I had received on dated ** Aug ****. I immediately raised the complaint on customer care of Thatspersonal.com Ticket # *****. Missing goods were worth about Rs. ****.
Since that day I am continuously following up on email & phone call. Yet no action & no response from Thatspersonal.com. They don’t bother to respond on phone call as well as on email.
Looting in day light. Worst service. Very unprofessional. Have no business ethic.

Even after making the payment online no product was delivered. Created ticket but there as no response even after a week. My Order #********* placed on October *, **** **:**:** PM IST.
