Paid or * year membership Rs. ***** plus took a loan from HDFC (EMI) Rs. **** till date no booking confirmed. Called toll-free number[protected] between ** AM - * PM Monday to Friday, we are closed on saturdays, Sundays and public holidays no response. No reply to emails too. Want a refund of our money and file police complaint
we got a call from Mr Goswami of Valorah from telephone number [protected] on **th April **** to reconfirm our booking for Diu check in **th May check out **st May ****. Despite a series of calls between us and Mr Goswami from **th April to **th May **** promising us that we would get the hotel vouchers for either Diu or Sasan Gir by **d and then **th May we did not receive any communication from him or Valorah. He even mentioned that the G** summit was happening in Diu and hence could not confirm our booking till **th May ****. Finally he stopped taking our calls or responding to even whatsapp msgs. (attached) PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND OUR MONEY ELSE WE HAVE NO ALTERNATE BUT TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FRAUDSTER. Besides us so many other innocent people are being targetted
