I made a UPI deposit of ₹**,*** on ** November **** at **:** AM to the betting platform Parimatch. The transaction was made from Jio Payments Bank and is marked SUCCESS.
Transaction details:
Amount: ₹**,***
UTR: *************
Beneficiary VPA: gpay-***********@okbizaxis
Beneficiary Bank / Payment Aggregator: Axis Bank (OKBIZ)
Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account and credited to the beneficiary/payment aggregator, the deposit was never credited to my Parimatch account. No auto-reversal has been received till date.
I contacted Parimatch support more than ** times, but they only provided generic replies such as “please wait” and failed to share any backend settlement details, payment processor response, or reconciliation proof.
My bank confirmed that the transaction was successful and credited to the beneficiary. I have now escalated the issue with Axis Bank (payment aggregator) and NPCI for UTR tracing, as this appears to be a payment settlement / reconciliation failure.
Despite all follow-ups, Parimatch has neither credited the amount nor refunded it, which constitutes deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
I am seeking:
Immediate credit or refund of ₹**,***, and
A clear explanation with backend proof for the failure.
All supporting documents (UPI receipt, bank confirmation, and Parimatch tickets) are available.
