Sbi Google Pay - unauthenticated UPI transaction on my google pay linked sbi savings account

*.I found a unauthenticated UPI transaction on my goole pay linked sbi savings account no- on **-**-****.almost ***** amount has been debited from my account two times.[rs-****+***].I want to inform you that didn't get any notification from bank regarding this transaction & I belive bank is charging annual sms charge also.*.I approached my SBI home branch within the * days of unauthenticated UPI transaction but bank was not accepted my complaint.so I filed a petition to superintendent of police kasargod.bank staff informed that it was an upi transaction you need to contact the google pay authority.so I gone through the google pay transaction history & contacted goole pay authority.they informed that there is no transaction on that day.so I filed a compliant against sbi,kayyur branch to BO.*.If the transaction was done by me or someone close to me that should be in the google pay transaction history &I should get a otp or any transaction notification.but I did’t get any otp or notification on these days.*.I would like to bring  your attention that according to RBI rule for unauthenticated UPI transaction,if complaint filed within * days of unauthenticated transaction complainant will get the amount within ** days.but bank not accepted my complaint.*.I want to inform you that banking ombudsman & bank people also not gone through detail on this case & I strongly oppose the final decision of banking ombudsman under clause **(a).because this transaction is not done by me or some one close to me.
