Tvs Prn motors LIp jeevan bima nagar - tvs juipter 125 booking fraud

I have booked TVS jupiter *** xsmart connect variant - green in TVS PRN motors LIp, jeevan bima nagar on *th Jan ****. Find the attached pre- booking payment receipt for your reference. I was promised that i will get the vehicle in ** days. But after ** days i was told that green color is not available due to manufactering issues. They told me that copper broze color can be delivered in *-* days. I was ok with a different color but even after repeated enquires and visits till today ( *th Feb ****) vehicle is not yet delivered. And different excuses were given everytime.

So, today I decided to cancel the order and asjed for refund. Then I was denied cancellation due to form unavailablity. After repeated enquires i got one form to fill for refund. I was told I will only get refund after **-** days through check which I have to collect. I have attached refund form I filled for reference. No formal message or email or any receipt is provided my the showroom person.
