Shivangi Bhatia filed complaint against Zee 5 on May 14, 2021
I have subscribed for premium package at Zee* for Rs.*** that includes Radhe movie and Zee* subscription. But I was not able to watch the movie afterwards but only the trailer and subscription history shows expired. I again paid Rs.*** thinking there might be a glitch with the portal earlier. This is totally waste of time and money. I lost Rs*** in a day and not getting any benifit out of it. Kindly refund my subscription amount and money that got debited twice due to this.
