I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the spicejet . As per the airline's policy, I was offered the option to either reschedule or receive a refund. However, it has been over a month now, and my money is still stuck with SpiceJet. This delay in the refund process is unacceptable and has caused me great inconvenience.
Furthermore, due to SpiceJet's non-operational status, I am being forced to pay a higher fare if I book a flight with another airline. This is not fair to me as a customer, and I believe that it is SpiceJet's responsibility to provide a solution to this issue.
Therefore, I kindly request that SpiceJet provide me with a direct flight on the same day, or offer a fare difference that reflects the cost of booking with another airline due to SpiceJet's non-operational status. This would help alleviate the financial burden that I am currently facing.
I urge SpiceJet to take immediate action to resolve this matter and provide me with a prompt update on the status of my refund. I hope that SpiceJet takes my concerns seriously and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future.
