Bayes suit - shown and received 3 pcs only

I order children clothes as per the details *pcs shown but when I received they Delivered only *pcs and I told to delivery boy he told me you have make return separately I can't take it back so I make pickup and mention the reason clearly but received call from the pickup person that he want Total *pc back I explain him if I received *pcs why should I return it after that he cancel the pickup. I received below msg from meesho.

After that I received this message
