So my funds have been missing for * months now and most of your customer support team is not willing to help. As this matter will be passing * months now, I am forced to raise a consumer complaint and for that I would require a complaints reference number and an explanation why did it take * months and the money is still not there. You guys are kicking me away like a football. Abusing process which is supposed to help you and help customers. I want to make an official complaint regarding this whole situation aswell, the merchant are affiliated with you and on your official website. Customer has made the payment and still no credits for months? Is this the service you aim to deliver?
I have provided with all the evidence and documents for the same as you would require bank statements and if no resolution is been provided on this chat I would also like a deadlock letter because the issue has prolonged for almost * months now.
You guys have also put me in immense
stress as for * months you guys have also
kept my money as hostage and your very
smart advisor marked that ticket as
credited, now i also want to raise an
investigation over that advisor aswell. If he
is not willing to help the customer he does
not justify the job itself.
On top of it all your customer support advisors are telling me to wait few days where one of my ticket is not actioned for almost * weeks. A multi billion doller company cannot sort this for months.
On top of it your advisor is lying to me that
payments are not done to platform
In that case if you are unable to resolve the
query, please provide me with the
complaints reference number and deadlock
letter.
