Junglee Rummy - Rummy games restricted in tamilnadu and Not refund my money and

I'm using junglee rummy for past one month only.... I have ** rs in my account.. meanwhile Rummy games restricted in tamilnadu..... So I contact customer support to send back my money.... But they not refund my money and they locked my account due to this problem.... I'm not able to contact anyone... I will show my chat screenshots... For one person this small amount consider whole tamilnadu how many of them having same issue example (***** members having balance of **or ** like that ********= ******* lakh) kindly take necessary action against this issue. Less than*** rs means they locked and steel money
