* years back i have login for loan to buy a smartphone in DG* TITWALA STORE but after login because of same reason i have canceled the login process and didn't purchased any product but HOME CREDIT company disbursed the my file and processed my loan without my awareness after one month they started sending SMS and calls to me about EMI but as I didn't purchased anything I denied to pay the EMI and i also tried to contact to company but no one helped me in this scenario after so many attempt I get tired and left the case and now I realised that because of that login my cibil score has dropped majorly now I want to clear it out that problem but HOME CREDIT is not helping me in any way......
It would be very helpfull if you help me in this case.
