Hotel raj purush sation road kolhapur - Restaurant charged 426 extra without informing misleading service

I visited this restaurant with my family and our food bill was around ₹***.

After the meal, the waiter served sweets from a plate without informing that they were chargeable. We assumed it was complimentary, so * of us took one serving each.

Later, while paying the bill, we were charged ₹** per sweet, totaling around ₹*** extra. This was never communicated to us in advance.

If we had been informed earlier, we would not have taken the sweets. This is a misleading and unfair practice.

What if I did not have enough money at that time? This behavior is unacceptable. I request a refund of ₹*** and appropriate action.
