I noticed that ₹** was deducted from my FamPay account as a maintenance fee on *nd October **** at *:** AM. I did not receive any prior notice about this deduction, and my account has been active. I believe this deduction is unjustified.

I request FamPay/FamApp by Trio to refund the deducted amount immediately and provide clarification regarding the reason for charging this maintenance fee.
