undefined - Refund Refusal against Late Order Delivery

I have placed an RTPCR test order on this *Tab app(site - https://www.*tab.com/) on *rd May ****, on *th May **** sample collection has been done. According to their process report needs to be uploaded on the app within ** - ** hours but it wasn't uploaded. So on **th May ****, I called their customer care service center and asked to refund the money. They assured me to cancel the order and refund me money with * - ** days but they didn't do anything even if I kept taking follow-ups from them every week since then. On *th June **** (after ** days of sample collection), they suddenly uploaded the report that was of no use for me and I already asked them to cancel my order. Now, they are saying they can't do anything because the report is uploaded. SO basically even if they promised me to refund my money, after some time they uploaded the report and saying they can't refund the money. Please help me to get my money back and also please charge on them as they are wasting money and time both of their customers and running a fraud online. Details or order : Order Id - ****
