I made a payment of ₹*** to Blinkit on ** Oct **** at *:** PM for groceries (Order ID: CRT***********, UPI Ref: ************). The payment was deducted from my bank account via UPI, but my order was not placed and there is no refund option in the app.I have contacted Blinkit customer support via email, in-app help, and social media multiple times. Their support replied that my refund has been initiated and should be credited to my account within *–* working days. However, even after * days, the refund is still not reflected in my account.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
