Amazon Delhivery - Refund Not Issued After Successful Return Amazon Order ID

I ordered a Bombay Shaving Trimmer from Amazon.
Order ID: ***-*******-*******.

I received a wrong product and immediately initiated a return. The return pickup was successfully completed on ** November as per Amazon’s system.

Despite the return being completed, Amazon has not issued my refund till date. I have contacted customer care multiple times. I was redirected to the Specialist Team and then to the OFM team, but the Specialist Team stated they cannot help, and the OFM team does not respond to emails at all.

I also filled multiple escalation forms/links shared by Amazon Help on X, but even after several days, I have received no response or update.

Further, Amazon has incorrectly informed NCH that the item was not returned, which is false and misleading, as the return pickup was completed on ** November.

This repeated redirection, false information, and non-issuance of refund amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I request immediate resolution of this issue.
