I ordered ***° MagPro Magnetic Phone Holder (Order #******, ₹***) from casence.in on March **. Product defective (didn't stick to dashboard). Returned it via DTDC (tracking T*******), **DELIVERED March **** (proof attached **/-).

They confirmed receipt but keep delaying refund with "let us receive and refund." No refund after *+ days despite emails. I bore return shipping costs.
