I have ordered a smart watch worth **** from boult audio website.after two days they cancelled the order.and send me a text message that the refund is in processing on *jan .but still I didn't get my refund. now it's ** jan.and I make a call to the customer care over and over.every time they saying the same you have to wait for * day .now it's **th day . still there is no update.
So please do help me.
