Zenmo - Received Poor Quality and Misleading Product Refund Denied by Seller

I ordered a wrist watch from ZENMO] Order ID:#***** on **-**-**** or ₹ **** The product delivered is of very poor quality and completely different from the description and pictures shown on the website.

I immediately contacted the seller within * days, as mentioned in their refund policy, and shared photos of the received item. However, the seller refused to provide a refund and offered only a replacement or another product.

The website also has no customer care number and has stopped replying to my emails, which makes it impossible to communicate further.

I have attached screenshots of the website, refund policy, email communication, and product images as proof

I request Voxya and the concerned authorities to help me get a full refund of ₹ **** and take necessary action against the seller for misleading consumers.
