Dear Team,

My name is Prashant Patil, and I am a regular visitor to the Smart Bazar Amalner shop.

I am writing to report persistent issues with product not availability in shop and customer service. Most of the time, the product racks are empty. Furthermore, products that show as available online are often canceled after booking by your team.

I have also noticed that few female staff members are often busy socializing and do not focus when customers ask for assistance. Additionally, there does not seem to be complete staff coverage in all departments.

Please look into this matter very seriously and take appropriate action.
