I parceled a Dry fruits through APSRTC logistics service from Ongole to Badvel till now it didn't reach destination. I rise a complaint through APSRTC logistics but I didn't get any reply. And I called to customer care number but they said it's not in their hands. I called to VIJAYAWADA APSRTC logistics Depot many times but still issue not resolved.
