Timbl Broadband - Not providing internet

They install my connection ** June **** after payment of ***** at * June **** but after a long time they install but Timbl distributor charge me **** for fibre cable but after ** June at morning my internet is not working in my router it show LOS red light blinking While go to Timbl site for compliant no one is there to resolve my problem after getting money they totally doing fraud with consumers
