Reliance Digital RESQ - Not providing appliance parts while in AMC

I have a aquaguard RO model : Wave .It is in AMC of Reliance Digital's RESQ , Purchased from Diamond Plaza Mall , Kolkata. ,
On *th of August I have made a request that my RO has some issue regarding the the flow of water . So the engineer came and told that the parts will be replaced , after that we waited for one week but no reply from their side then I mailed them and called their customer support but they always tell that we will update you soon . But they never bother to update me . I gave a mail to customer support they only gave me a complain number but no information regarding my parts availability . They don't care about this anymore . My Reliance Digital 's RESQ Complain No is :*********.
We have been waiting about * month still no reply from RESQ about my Aquaguard's part availability .
Please look into this as we are very much frustrated with RESQ amc .
