Lifelong appliances - Not delever my product

I got a induction oven of your brand but it will have a error sawing in the frist day. then i call your coustomer survice they promice me to change the product.then they told they will your product will replece.then they order in Amazon and give me the track id as well the product will delevered in *st december ****.but at that point i don't get any call from the amazon delevery boy or not replece my product. then i agen call your castomer survice they told me your item is delevered but i don't get any ok. then they assured me that they well take care of that but they don't do nathing. i called many many time but they told me plese wait we will call you,we are takeing care of that .but they do nathing now days i not get any result from your side and after many tiime calling they put my namber in the block list. can you ensure me how much long time to wait for it. if your company don't get any step to resolve i will get legal stape to your company as well. but plese try to solve this with in *days.......
