Candere com - not cancel the order and asked for 10 reduction in the amount paid

I have palced an order for Rajkot Bangles thinking it is full gold . After payment when I have gone through the product details , I found it is not full gold. So I wanted to cancel the order or change the product. I was contacting them through phone,whatsup, and mail.

But no use .They did not give proper remedy and when I checked the status of my order is manufacturing in progress. Such worst customer service and bad company. And again i called to Candere they if your cancel **% of what we paid will be deducted

It is injustice and we did not sign any terms and conditions of any payment method .

Kindly take measures to resolve this problem.
I advice everyone not to buy anything from such online shopping sites, When you want gold please go to nearby jewellery and not to such cheaters.
