Mahifab com - no response to exchange refund

I purchased #lehanga choli from #mahifab website and it was sent from #surat and it was a #online #fraud
I ordered a #lehanga choli from #Mahifab.com on **th December **** and selected cash on delivery option. within * minutes of ordering I received  call from this number #****** ***** (True caller addressed this number as #Laxmi Sarees #Surat.)The person asked me to reconfirm the order and delivery address details. After that I received parcel dispatched  shiped and status messages. Finally the parcel came on Sunday **th december,opened the parcel in front of delivery boy. It was a whole different item than what I ordered. when refused to pay cash,the delivery boy said we have to make a payment to him and you have to send a request for a exchange or refund with Mahifab. After they accept the request ,the #EKart courier will come to receive the parcel back.
when we called the Mahifab,they are not answering the calls nor replying to any mails/whatsapp. But when we order lehanga from some other contact number they reply back in an instant to confirm order.
