My Resin Store - No Delivery since 15 days and No response Complaint against Skyking Courier service

Recently we dispatched * couriers from Skyking Chandkheda office in Ahmedabad.

These couriers have not been delivered since last **-** days in Noida. The above contact person is not even picking up the call and not responding.

There is no clarity on whereabouts of the parcel, and the clients has asked us for the refund. We are clearly making loss of ****/- Rs because of refund. There is no one who is even picking up calls at Noida office. Unfortunately this incident portrays unprofessional and unreliable side of the company.
