Shivani surjit Tiwari filed complaint against Meesho on Sep 1, 2025
I had ordered from Meesho (Order ID: VL*************) which was shipped through their courier partner Valmo.
Tracking details showed “Out for Delivery” on **th August and “Delivered” on **th August, but I never received the parcel.
For the last * days, I have been continuously following up with Meesho support, but no resolution has been provided. The parcel is still not in my possession and is wrongly marked as delivered in their system.
This is causing me financial loss and mental harassment. I request immediate action to either deliver my parcel or issue a full refund along with compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
