I had got a Tata SBI credit card number **************** in my name which I was using along with other credit cards too. The card limit was Rs.***** only. Somewhere in ****, the card services were blocked without any reason. I talked a representative and he promised that the card service will be restored. It never happened. On top of this, they were charging me renewal fee which I pad for some time. The last payment was done on Feb **, ****. I had written a mail to them citing the reasons and asking them to discontinue the card services. They replied saying that they will be in touch with me in a couple of days. It never happened and they continue to send the bills. I tried to contact them on the phone for no avail. Because of this, my CIBIL score got a beating. The amount they claim on the invoice is Rs. **** which is purely the annual fee. I do not understand the logic of claiming an annual for a non-functional card which is not renewed from ****. Because of their attitude I had financial losses because of the lower score. I had written to them a couple of days back too for which they replied saying they will get back to me in a couple of days. I spend much above this amount in my other credit cards and pay them in full on receipt of their bills. But their service particularly one particular card is impeccable.
