Apollo Hospital Hyderabad - Irresponsible staff and rude behaviour

We called and took the appointment , one of the doctors in the Apollo cancer hospital Jubilee Hills for my grandmother **yrs old . When we reached the hospital, doctors secretary told doctor is not available today , he went to medical conference, when we asked the question if doctor is not available then why you have given the appointment why you didn’t called and informed us about doctors non availability,?? He shouted and told other doctors available they are in visiting rounds will come soon . We asked him the same , he again shouted. Then we called the same appointment number and asked them , they transferred the call to the secretary, again she replied the same. We have wasted our time and money ***/- for journey and again we have to come another day and need to spend money and time. The hospital is so irresponsible, they don’t even care about the patients, was it not their responsibility to inform the patients if the doctor is not available??? Secretary was also rude . I don’t prefer or refer this hospital to any one
