My Instagram account @parthh.** linked with email [myssgktecno@gmail.com](mailto:myssgktecno@gmail.com) was disabled on *th May **** without any prior warning, clear justification, or evidence of violation despite not engaging in any activity against Instagram Community Guidelines. Immediately after the disablement, I fully complied with all procedures requested by Meta and completed Video Selfie Verification and Aadhaar/Government ID Verification on *th May **** itself to confirm my identity and ownership of the account.

Despite successful completion of all required verification procedures and repeated follow-ups through Meta Support, Meta Enhanced Support, grievance emails, DPO/Grievance Officer channels, and formal complaint mechanisms, my account continues to remain indefinitely “Under Review” with no meaningful response, accountability, or final decision from the Meta team.
The continued non-response and prolonged delay by Meta despite successful identity verification reflects a serious lack of transparency, proper grievance handling, and timely user support. I have contacted Meta through every available official means, yet no effective action has been taken regarding restoration or proper review of my account. This repeated inaction and negligence from the Meta support team is unfair, unreasonable, and deeply concerning.
My Cyber Crime complaint has already been accepted and is currently under official review by the concerned authorities. The matter has also been escalated through the National Consumer Helpline due to the failure of Meta to provide timely grievance redressal.
This account contains highly important personal data, contacts, memories, personal records, and information related to my personal lifestyle and future. There is also a serious concern regarding permanent deletion of the account under Instagram’s **-day deletion policy while my grievances and complaints still remain pending.
The continued indefinite review status without communication or resolution appears contrary to the obligations expected from intermediary platforms under the Information Technology Act, **** and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, ****, particularly regarding timely grievance acknowledgment and resolution.
I am a genuine user and verified account holder. I am not attempting to misuse, impersonate, manipulate, or defame the platform or my account in any manner. I only seek fair review and restoration of my account after fully complying with every verification and grievance process requested by Meta.
I therefore respectfully request immediate manual review, urgent intervention by the Meta Account Integrity Team, confirmation that my account will not be permanently deleted while complaints remain pending, and immediate restoration of my Instagram account @parthh.**.
